These factories allow us to support overseas buyers with more than steel bar supply - from grade and delivery condition to heat treatment, peeling, grinding, inspection, packing and export-ready preparation.

Located in the Jiyuan steel industrial base, this JOTAIN private processing factory focuses on metal material deep processing for bars, rods, shafts, fasteners, and related industrial applications.

Confirmed capacity and specification notes
- Heat treatment: 60,000 tons/year, approx. φ9-150mm, 3.5-16m, 6 PLC intelligent quenching and tempering lines.
- Peeling: large-scale annual capacity for continuous bright-bar preparation.
- Grinding: dedicated centerless grinding lines for surface and dimensional preparation.
- Chrome plating: 3,000 tons/year, approx. φ20-80mm, 3.5-9m.

Huai'an Factory
Alloy Steel & Bright Bar Processing
The Huai'an processing base supports alloy structural steel bars, heat-treated products, and bright steel products for wind power bolts, rods, piston rods, wear-resistant bars, high-strength fastener materials, and other industrial steel bar products.
